Denzel Washington’s fictional home in the 2025 movie “Highest 2 Lowest” has found a real-life buyer. A full-floor penthouse at Olympia, a sail-like condominium at 30 Front Street in Dumbo, entered contract this week. Last asking $17,500,000, the home’s incredible views of the Manhattan skyline are on full display in the Spike Lee thriller, which stars Washington, A$AP Rocky, and Pam King.

Penthouse B originally hit the market for $19,500,000 in 2022, becoming the most expensive condo for sale at the time. According to CityRealty, the asking price dropped by 10 percent this week.

Taking up the entire 32nd floor, the home measures nearly 5,000 square feet and boasts film-worthy 360-degree views of the Brooklyn Bridge, Manhattan skyline, and beyond.

Highest 2 Lowest” was produced by A24.

The film’s production designer, Mark Friedberg, told Curbed in an interview last fall that they chose the building for its unusual shape, which reveals something about the character of David King, played by Washington. Plus, there’s that view.

“I don’t know that there’s a more iconic view of Manhattan than from the Olympia,” Freidberg told the website. “If you live there, you’re just looking west and watching the sunset over the harbor. From that view, you see south all the way past Governors Island.”

Designed by Interior Marketing Group, the apartment has five bedrooms, a separate home office, and four-and-a-half baths. Prime views are seen via the floor-to-ceiling windows and the 552-square-foot terrace, which overlooks the Brooklyn Bridge.

Developed by Fortis Property Group and designed by Hill West Architects, Olympia Dumbo contains 76 residences ranging from one- to five-bedroom apartments. At 33 stories tall, the building, which launched sales in 2021, is Dumbo’s tallest tower.

According to a spokesperson for the building, Penthouse B marks the second-highest asking price for a condominium in Brooklyn and the highest on a price-per-square-foot basis. The priciest condo sale in the borough is held by Quay Tower, which sold for $20.3 million in 2020.

Olympia is no stranger to big deals. In 2023, the building set a new sales record for Dumbo when a penthouse sold for $17,500,000.
