They grow up so fast.
Beyoncé became emotional as she watched her and Jay-Z’s oldest daughter, Blue Ivy, record voiceovers for the new “Mufasa: The Lion King” movie.
“We’re here today recording the ‘Lion King,’” the “Cuff It” singer said as she sat next to the 12-year-old in a video shared on Instagram by “Good Morning America” on Tuesday.
The March 2023 clip then cuts to a scene of Beyoncé, 43, and Blue — who voice Nala and Princess Kiara, respectively, in the prequel — in the studio recording in separate rooms across from each other with headphones on.
“Don’t stare at me,” the pre-teen tells her mom, who replies, “I can’t help it. You’re just too beautiful, girl. I’ma be right here closing my eyes.”
Blue then shared that she is still shocked that she is going to be featured in the Disney film.
“If I, like, told my younger self that I was going to be in a movie, I’d like, never believe myself,” she said, as the 32-time Grammy winner added, “Well, you are, girl. You are!”
Beyoncé then began to tear up as she talked about how special it was to hear her daughter’s voice in the recordings for the first time.
“Seeing Blue as Kiara and hearing her voice come out of that character …,” she said.
“Give me a second ’cause I’m still just — I can’t believe that’s my baby!” the mom of three said while wiping away tears.
“That’s so amazing.”
Beyoncé said it was “really hard to focus” after becoming so emotional watching Blue in action.
“I was like, ‘Wait. Hold up, guys. Y’all gotta give me a second. I have to digest that. I’m so proud of her,” she gushed before her other daughter, Rumi, 7, entered the frame and sweetly hugged her mom.
Blue said voicing her role has been a “great experience” before lauding director Barry Jenkins for being so helpful to her through the process.
“I’m really happy for girls that look like me … are able to watch this movie and hear and see themselves in it,” the one-time Grammy winner said.
The video ended with Beyoncé gushing over her daughter and saying how she is happy that “young brown girls” around the world can be inspired by the film.
“Nobody’s prouder than mommy, ” she said as she kissed Blue on the cheek.
On Monday night, the mother-daughter duo, Jay, 55, and Beyonce’s mom, Tina Knowles, hit the red carpet for the “Mufasa” premiere in Los Angeles.
Blue stunned in a strapless gold gown while her famous parents cheered for her from the sidelines during her shots.
The outing came one day after the Roc Nation Records founder’s name was included in an amended lawsuit by a woman that accused both him and Sean “Diddy” Combs of raping her when she was 13 years old in 2000.
Jay vehemently denied the allegations as a “blackmail” attempt and urged the Jane Doe to file a criminal complaint instead of a civil one. (Combs, also 55, also denied the claims.)
On Monday, the billionaire rapper filed to dismiss the rape lawsuit against him and has asked a judge that the accuser be named publicly.
“Mufasa: The Lion King” will hit theaters on Dec. 20.
