You know that moment when 5 pm hits and everyone’s suddenly starving, and you have no plan? Yeah… not this week. I’ve got you covered with a weekly meal plan lineup of easy, actually doable dinners that don’t require a last minute grocery run or a burst of motivation you don’t have. Let’s make this week feel a whole lot easier.

What’s for Dinner?
These are the kinds of dinners that everyone enjoys. Every recipe in this weekly meal plan is a full meal on its own, but you can always add a side or dessert if you like. Maybe some garlic brussels sprouts or 1-hour dinner rolls!
I put out a new weekly meal plan every week! If you’d like to get them emailed right to you, my newsletter is the best way.

Italian Pot Roast (Stracotto)
Stracotto is the Italian pot roast that deserves a spot in every home cook’s recipe box! A seared roast is slowly braised in a rich, hearty tomato sauce until it is melt-in-your-mouth tender.

Crockpot Parmesan Garlic Chicken Pasta
This Mongolian beef and broccoli recipe is the best P.F. Chang’s copycat recipe.

Caesar Chicken Bake (5 Ingredients)
Caesar chicken bake brings classic Caesar salad flavors together in a delicious one-pan dinner.

Cabbage Roll Casserole Recipe
No Peek Pork Chops and Rice is comfort food at its best! Creamy, savory rice and tender pork chops are baked together in the same pan with less than 10 minutes of prep.

Better than Takeout Ham Fried Rice
Ham fried rice is a 30-minute, on-pan dish that turns your leftovers into a simple yet delicious dinner. It tastes even better than takeout!
Why is Meal Planning Helpful?
If you haven’t tried planning your meals ahead of time, this is going to be a game-changer for you! Here’s why I swear by weekly meal plans:
- Saves time: No more 5:00 panic. You already know what’s for dinner, what you need, and how long it’ll take.
- Saves money: Shopping with a plan makes it easier to buy what you’ll actually use and stretch leftovers into another meal.
- Less takeout: When dinner is planned and groceries are in the house, skipping the drive-thru gets a lot easier.
I made this as easy as possible by providing a FREE shopping list you can print to make shopping better and more economical.

Meal Planning with Leftovers
I only meal plan Monday-Friday because we sometimes have plans over the weekend. If you do have leftovers, make sure to store them properly in an airtight container in your fridge.
