Inside pregnant Megan Fox, Brian Austin Green’s co-parenting amid MGK split: report
Pregnant Megan Fox is “fortunate” to have a positive co-parenting relationship with ex-husband Brian Austin Green amid her split from Machine Gun Kelly.
The actress, 38, “is in a good place” with her ex-husband, 51, and his fiancée, Sharna Burgess, a source told People Thursday.
“She gets along really well with Sharna. Megan trusts her around the boys,” the insider added of the “Dancing With the Stars” pro, going on to call Green a “great dad” to Noah, 12, Bodhi, 10, and Journey, 8.
The source gushed, “Megan feels fortunate that her boys are loved and always taken care of. … She’s been so happy about being pregnant.”
Fox surprised her Instagram followers with her pregnancy news in November with a maternity shoot snap.
“nothing is ever really lost. welcome back 👼🏼❤️,” the “New Girl” alum wrote last month, referencing her previous miscarriage.
Last week, TMZ reported that Fox and MGK called it quits ahead of welcoming their first child together.
We’re told the “Transformers” star found “text messages involving other women” in her partner’s phone while they spent the Thanksgiving holiday in Vail, Colo.
“Megan is a strong, independent woman and doesn’t need a man in her life,” a source told Page Six on Tuesday.
Green made headlines that same day for blasting MGK’s alleged behavior, telling the rocker to “grow up” in a scathing statement to TMZ.
“Like, f–k. … She’s pregnant,” the “Beverly Hills, 90210” alum said.
The actor was married to Fox from 2010 to 2021, moving on with Burgess and welcoming son Zane, 2, in June 2022.
While Fox and MGK got engaged that same year, their romance took a tumultuous turn in 2023 amid cheating speculation.
The “Jennifer’s Body” star neglected to define their relationship on “Call Her Daddy” in March — but did confirm they had ended their engagement.
“There will always be a tether to him no matter what,” she said at the time. “I can’t say what the capacity will be, but I will always be connected to him somehow. Beyond that, I’m not willing to explain.”
Green, for his part, proposed to Burgess last year.
The choreographer has praised Fox and Green’s co-parenting dynamic on multiple occasions, most recently telling “Old-ish” podcast listeners how “lucky” they all are to get along.
Her fiancé chimed in, “When we need to, we communicate really well, we are open to things, we don’t take things personally.”
