Even Katie Holmes gets nervous sometimes.

The “Dawson’s Creek” alum revealed on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” Wednesday night that she experienced brain freeze while onstage in Broadway’s “Our Town” recently, causing her to blush.

Holmes, 45, is currently starring as Mrs. Webb in the Thornton Wilder classic alongside Jim Parsons, Ephraim Sykes, Zoey Deutch and Richard Thomas.

“I was in the middle of a scene and I just … I said the whole line except the last word and I couldn’t, I couldn’t remember it,” the “Batman Begins” star admitted.

“I made something up, but it didn’t make sense and then I got so red … and I got flustered, so I just said my lines so fast after that and got off stage.”

Holmes told Fallon that she’s a tad superstitious, as she likes to go over all her lines three times before hitting the stage. The one time she didn’t — disaster struck.

However, Parsons, 51, was there to comfort her, she shared.

“Jim gave me a hug after,” Holmes said. “He was like, ‘I’ve never seen anyone say their lines so fast and remove themselves!’”

The “First Daughter” star added that the rest of the cast also didn’t care — but she did, noting, “This is Broadway!”

Holmes has since also gotten the support of her family, who came out on opening night to see the show.

Last month, the “Dark Knight” star shared a photo on Instagram of her parents and sisters backstage, which she captioned, “Thank you to my family for coming to @ourtownbroadway two nights in a row! I love you and am so very blessed. ❤️”

It’s unclear if her daughter, Suri Cruise, has been able to sit in on a performance, but she was in New York for opening night, as well.

The budding thespian, 18, is currently studying drama at Carnegie Mellon University in Pennsylvania.
