‘Transformers One’ Comes to Digital, But When Will ‘Transformers One’ Be Streaming on Paramount+?

Marking the eighth movie in the Transformers franchise, Transformers One is the first animated Transformers movie to get a theatrical release. Technically a prequel, this film will take viewers back to the origins of Optimus Prime and Megatron, who were friends long before they were enemies. Chris Hemsworth stars as the voice of Optimus Prime, while Brian Tyree Henry voices Megatron. Beginning on Tuesday, October 22 at 12 a.m. Eastern Time—which is also October 21 at 9 p.m Pacific Time—Transformers One will be available to buy digitally on Amazon Prime, Apple TV, Vudu, and more. The price may vary depending on which platform you use to purchase the film, but on Amazon Prime the movie costs $24.99 to buy, and $19.99 to rent. If you rent the movie, you’ll have 48 hours to watch the movie after you hit “play.”
Transformers One is not yet streaming on any subscription streaming services, but we do expect to see Transformers One streaming on Paramount+ soon, because it is a Paramount movie.
When will Transformers One be streaming on Paramount Plus?
The Transformers One Paramount+ release date has not yet been announced, but we can make an educated guess as to when the film will be streaming, based on previous Paramount releases.
Another recent Paramount film, A Quiet Place: Day One was released in theaters on June 28; released on digital platforms one month after opening in theaters, on July 30; and began streaming on Paramount+ about two months after opening in theaters, on August 27.
If Transformers One follows a similar release pattern, you might see the movie streaming on Paramount+ around late November 2024, aka two months after the movie opened in theaters on September 20.
