Watch Taylor Swift Tip Service Staff After Grammy Awards

A new viral video reveals Taylor Swift offering tips to service staff members as she leaves the recent 2025 Grammy Awards. In the clip, Swift can be seen handing folded up bills to several staff after she says, “Thank you so much for all your hard work.”

As Swift, in a silver sparkly mini dress, exits Crypto.com Arena following the awards ceremony she spots a group of service workers waiting to clean up. She backtracks to tip each of them as one of them responds, “We appreciate you so much.”

Swift was up for six Grammy Awards, including Album of the Year for The Tortured Poets Department, Song of the Year and Record of the Year for “Fortnight.” She didn’t win any of the categories, but clearly went home the winner of most gracious attendee.

The singer was also on hand at the Grammys to present Beyoncé with the award for Best Country Album at Cowboy Carter. As she introduced the award, she remembered past winners who’d taken home the trophy in the past, naming everyone from Johnny Cash to Shania Twain. (Swift herself won this category 15 years ago for Fearless.) When she announced the winner, Beyoncé looked genuinely shocked.

Over the years, Swift’s generosity has been widely reported. In December, Rolling Stone confirmed that she had given $197 million in bonuses to her performers and crew members over the course of the Eras Tour. Crew members, who received the bonus on top of their salaries, included truck drivers, caterers, instrument technicians, the merchandise team, the lighting and sound team, production staff and assistants, carpenters, dancers, band, security, choreographers, pyrotechnics, riggers, hair stylists, makeup artists, wardrobe stylists, physical therapists, and video team members.

She also regularly contributes to charitable causes, including local charities and non-profits along her Eras Tour routing. Earlier this year she donated to numerous organizations following the Los Angeles fires, including  MusiCares, Direct Relief, 211 LA, California Community Foundation Fund, LAUSD Education Foundation Emergency Relief Fund, Pasadena Educational Foundation Eaton Fire Response Fund, the L.A. Regional Food Bank, the LAFD Foundation, and Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles.

Last year, Swift donated $5 million to hurricane relief efforts in Florida in October and in 2023 she offered $1 million to the Tennessee Emergency Response Fund following devastating tornadoes hit the state. In 2016, she donated $100,000 to a Dolly Parton fund aimed at helping victims of fires in the Smoky Mountains in Tennessee.
