🏆Residential: The most expensive recorded home sale was in Greenwich Village, where a townhouse condo at 141 West 11th Street changed hands for $35 million. The seller was a company managed by Rebeca Espinosa, and the buyer was Bodega Flowers LLC. The 7,400-square-foot pad last sold in 2019 for just under $20 million. The latest deal breaks down to more than $4,700 per square foot. The home also has an elevator and about 1,100 square feet of outdoor space.
🏆Commercial: The top commercial deal to hit records was in Crown Heights, where an affiliate of GO Residential paid $109 million for a more than 197,000-square-foot apartment building with three commercial units at 409 Eastern Parkway. The sellers were companies tied to Omri Sachs of Adam America Real Estate, Yehoshua Fruchthandler and Zev Marmurstein. The building stands 11 stories tall and has 186 apartments.
📊Residential: On the Upper East Side, a double-wide townhouse at 160 East 81st Street traded for $23 million. The seller was a trust tied to Suzy Welch, business expert and widow of General Electric executive Jack Welch. The buyer was LECA LLC. The home went on the market with Corcoran’s Deborah Grubman for $26 million in November. The townhouse spans 7,600 square feet and stands four stories tall. Welch purchased the property in 2021 for $23 million.
📊Residential: Jewelry designer Sabine Getty and her husband, hedge funder Joseph Getty, scooped up a condo at 610 Park Avenue in Lenox Hill for $7.9 million. The seller of the 3,200-square-foot pad was a trust linked to interior designer Renvy Pittman. The unit last sold in 2013 for $10.2 million. The condo went on sale in November 2025 for $11.5 million; its last asking price was $8.4 million. Serena Boardman with Sotheby’s International Realty had the listing.
