🏆 Commercial: The biggest commercial sale to hit records was for the residential and retail units at 7 Dey Street in the Financial District for $222.6 million. The building stands 34 stories tall with about 260,000 square feet. The buyer was GO Residential. The seller was SL Green Realty, who will retain the office space in the building.
🏆 Residential: The top home sale to hit records in New York was in Lincoln Square at 15 Central Park West for $21 million. The seller was Olinville Road LLC; the buyer was DG8B LLC. The four-bedroom, four-and-a-half bathroom condo spans about 3,500 square feet. The home last sold in 2018 for $21.5 million. The Mercedes Berk Team with Engel & Völkers handled the listing.
📊Commercial: In the East Village, two neighboring mixed-use properties at 111 and 113 East 12th Street sold for $23.5 million. The sellers were LLCs tied to Maurice Kaufman and the buyer was an affiliate of AG Paratus. Combined, the buildings have 13 apartments, along with ground-floor retail.
📊Residential: In the West Village, a home at 67 Bedford Street sold for $15.5 million.The sellers were Douglas and Christina Kepple; the buyer was Bedford Elm House LLC. The six-story home has four bedrooms and measures 4,800 square feet. Leslie Mason with Douglas Elliman had the listing. The Kepples had owned the property for decades.

Aaron Wojnowski, founder of a music streaming app, was the buyer, and Lidas Ranch LLC was the seller. The residence has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Kristi Ambrosetti with Sotheby’s International Realty represented the seller, who purchased the home in 2022 for $8.9 million.
