How To Use the Teacher’s Favorite Things Form
Here are some ways principals and teacher leads can use this form:
- Beginning of the year: At the start of the year, have teachers complete this form. Then you can use the information to plan big and small teacher appreciation all year long. Once you know a teacher’s coffee order or their favorite snacks, you can purchase just the thing to make them smile.
- Get-to-know-you bulletin board: If you collect this information at the start of the year, you can present it in the staff lounge. What percent of staff prefers chocolate to vanilla? Where might you find teachers shopping on a Saturday? All this information can become a fun, interactive staff bulletin board.
