The Big East Outdoor Sports Show is happening this weekend, March 21st and 22nd, indoors at Accelerate Sports Complex, 5241 Judd Road in Whitesboro, Oneida County, NY. The show runs from 9 am to 6 pm Saturday and 9 am to 4pm Sunday.
In its 33 rd year, this show is for anyone that loves to camp, fish, boat, hunt, hike or just enjoy the great outdoors.
Free seminars all weekend, including The Hunt for Treasure – Metal Detecting with Mike Parker, Beginner Calling Tips and Tricks Learn to Call (waterfowl, turkey, deer) with Gooseman Game Calls, Basic K9 Obedience, with DogWatch of Upstate NY, Outdoor Game Cooking with Stephen Wowelko, Tracking Trophy Bucks with Steve Grabowski, Joe DiNitto, and Jim Massett.

The fishpond will also be back with a kids’ casting event on Saturday. There will be multiple vendors including boating, hunting and fishing guides, leather goods, campgrounds, sporting organizations, outdoor gear, fishing charters, and specialty food products.
Other highlights include axe throwing, a petting zoo with Fort Rickey Discovery Zoo and the Oneida County Sheriff Department’s boat and ATV display.
Admission is $10 for adults; seniors 55 and older and military and first responders $8; children 6-12 are $3; and children 5 and under are free.
