Kingston Waterfront Industrial History Walking Tour


The Hudson River Maritime Museum in Kingston, NY, will host a guided walking tour of the community’s rich waterfront maritime and industrial history on Saturday, November 30, 2024, beginning at 3 pm.
This will be a tour along the shores of Rondout Creek to uncover the area’s past with stories of the Thomas Cornell Steamboat Company, the Skillypot ferry, the Delaware & Hudson Canal, and the iconic Island Dock, among others.
The approximately 45-minute-long tour is $15 per person, which also includes entrance to the museum. It meets in front of the Hudson River Maritime Museum at 50 Rondout Landing in Kingston.
